
Priya Guro,Give me some instruction about meditation and brain exercise.?
This is for improoving concentration and tochange my mind to compassion ,and consious and creative stage.Thank u for your advise to visit en.wikipedia.org .I read the article “Six Thinking Hat “.I have been trying to practice that methode.
Meditation is just a state of concentration on a thought or attention.
You can try meditation by chanting mantras, any holy words, and positive words. During the initial phase try to read your mind and its thoughts. The very end and the achievement of meditation is contolling your mind, so read your mind. Try to know what it says, what it does, what it things like an observer. But don’t stress yourself by practising in conventional styles because mediation is an act for you to know who you are, what are your strengths and weeknesses. Visualize your dreams, desires, nature, god, beliefs etc, through your subconcious mind.
Practise this atlease for 2 weeks(just for 10 mins) and confirm yourself whether it adds value or not, to practise it or not.
Brain excercises, you can try to resolve puzzles, sudokus, riddles, illusions, word games which you can find through google seearch. These games will simulate your right brain and in turn your memory power, reasoning and concentration will also groom.
At last just sit, close your eyes, relax yourself, visualize yourself and observe your mind like a stranger for 10 mins. You will know who you are. This is where you start your journey towards self awareness.
